Golf
Conditioning for You!
If you’re looking
for a way to work on your golf game – and your body – this winter, I want to invite you to join me at Fit-Time
every Tuesday and Thursday in January, February and March for off-season/pre-season golf conditioning. This 3-month-long group
training program is for a maximum of 12 adventurous ladies who are ready to make a commitment towards improving their physical
fitness and golf performance.
Beginning January 3 through March 29, we will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Fit-Time
and actually work out together to enhance muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, balance, and coordination. In January
and February we’ll train for off-season golf, and in March we’ll focus on pre-season training and getting ready
to play in April. To further improve our golf performance we’ll also work on:
- effective ways to warm up for golf play and practice;
- staying physically and
mentally strong throughout 18 holes of golf
- on-course stretching/relaxation techniques;
- understanding and playing with physical limitations/restrictions;
- avoiding injury while getting
the most out of your golf game; and
- adjusting your training program for in-season and post-season months.
Fit-Time owner Diana Geddes and I have put together a specially-priced package for you of $90 per
month, or $260 if all 3 months are paid upfront. I’m really excited that I can offer you 26 training sessions for this
great price! Diana is also waiving Fit-Time’s initiation and membership fees for those of you who are not Fit-Time members
but want to take advantage of this offer.
We’ll work hard, but we’ll have fun! There will be prizes and surprises along the way to help
spur you on and celebrate your accomplishments. To keep us on track and make sure that your personal goals are being met,
we’ll take regular progress checks along the way. By April we’ll be ready to take on the 2012 season with a golf-conditioned
body and a confidence that will help us play our best golf ever! Even better – The real benefit that I think this concentrated
training approach presents is that it will help you to build a “fitness habit” so that you can stay healthy and
play better golf for years to come.
If you are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity,
please email or call me by December 15 to reserve your place. I’d love to train with you!
